non capisco come mai , ma da qualche giorno il mio pc , win xp professional , salva qualsiasi immagine trovi sul web (klikkando col destro del mouse e "salva immagine con nome") in formato bitmap , siano esse gif o jpeg....
come posso metterlo apposto ?

Può capitare a volte andando su determinati siti, che generano per ogni immagine un file htm-html e quindi fanno si che l'immagine in fase di salvataggio risulti in formato .bmp anche se nel link della pagine ha estensione .jpeg-.jpg
Un immagine .bmp con una qualità non molto migliore di una .jpg può anche esser 3-5 volte più grande, con tutti i contro che ne risultano.
La cosa migliore è salvare l'immagine in .bmp e poi convertirla con un visualizzatore di immagini o con un programma di grafica {va bene anche il Paint di Windows ovviamente} nel formato preferito.
Il tutto facendo "salva con nome" o nel caso in cui il programma fosse in inglese "save as" {non ASS } e poi scegliere dal menù a tendina "formato" quello jpeg-jpg.
