esiste un programma semplice per rallentare i video?
ho fatto search ma ho trovato solo discussioni su come rallentare le whey
grazie.
prova con virtualdub, è semplice e mi pare sia pure freeware se non ricordo male
scaricato VD
carico il vidoe e mi esce.

VD requires a video for windows compatible codec to decompress video.
directshow codecs, such as those used by windows media player are not suitable"
sai per caso che formato usa VD, in modo che posso convertire il video il quel formato?
poi torni su virtualdub e vedi se ti fa modificare il video, in linea teorica, se il codec è giusto, non ti dà più l'errore e riesci a manipolare il video
