raramente si va sopra un ora...e se si fa di piu, si esce piu tardi...che è pure peggio..ma questo non vale solo per i programmatori...vale per tutti i dipendenti
Per riallacciarmi un secondo alla discussione di qualche pagina fa vi posto un commento di un bravissimo developer (e non solo )
There are two kind of programming knowledge:
a) the kind of knowledge never goes away. To know how a linked list works or the time complexity of randomized qsort is really valuable. The more you can know about this stuff, the better.
b) non-general knowledge, that is, knowledge that aliens from beta-orionis can't know about: they probably know about qsort, and prime numbers, and linked lists, and parallelization. This are concepts not invented, but... mostly discovered. Instead non-general knowledge is how to configure Apache, how a particular programming language works (and not the general abstraction it implements), and how Microsoft technologies work.
You are required to learn a lot of b-type stuff, but the lesser the better, so you have to learn environments, languages, that are powerful, cheap, affordable, available, reliable, ...
per riassumere:
- stipendi da fame, io sono sui 1150 ma indeterminato e direi che attualmente la 2° cosa conta parecchio
- 8 ore al giorno + 1 di pausa pranzo
- ci sono laureati che sanno meno di 0 nella programmazione pratica, mentre altri (penso appassionati) sono bravi....
E' la stessa cosa che penso io da quattro anni a questa parte, ovvero da quando sono in questo mercato.
Insomma, sentire di un analista-programmatore che non arriva a 1200€ al mese è davvero grottesco.
In questo caso mi chiedo davvero se non sia meglio un contratto a progetto (paradossalmente) che assicuri un netto mensile maggiore (di molto) per un ragazzo di vent'annni o poco più.
Insomma, ne vedo molti qui anche a lavoro: che te ne fai di un contratto a tempo indeterminato se non ce la fai a campare... dando, fra l'altro, per scontato che in pensione non ci si andrà mai.

dipende dall'età, da cosa vuoi dalla vita.
ovviamente se non hai intenzione di sposarti/convivere un contratto a progetto può anche andar bene, ma vivere pensando che fra 4 mesi potrai stare a casa non è bello.
Poi puoi fare il free-lancer, partita iva e decidi tu ma devi già essere bravo per farlo.
ps: sinceramente neanche con contratto a progetto sei sicuro di avere uno stipendio più alto e alla fine sei trattato come un dipendente al 100%
