E' importantissimo, x recuperare, riposare ogni notte intorno alle 8 ore (o più). Ma per chi lavora o ha altri impegni non è facile. Mi chiedevo quante ore dormite (in media) voi.
Se continuate a fare quello che avete sempre fatto, continuerete ad ottenere quello che avete già ottenuto. (M. Colgan)

Per migliorare la qualità del sonno è ottima la Melatonina,presa prima di coricarsi.Ora c'è anche in Italia.
