Adesso e' quasi l'una,vado a letto e dormo circa 4 ore,mi sveglio alle 5,vado a lavorare,stacco alle 13 e poi dalle 14 alle17 dormo,poi vado alle 18 in palestra,e' un ritmo che porta al catabolismo o nn mi devo preoccupare?ciao
