salve, mi potete spiegarein maniera abbastanza dettagliata in che modo assumere creatina post wo fa aumentare la massa e invece assumerla pre wo fa aumentare resistenza??? e se uno la prede sia prima che dopo l'allenamento, riesce ad avere entrambi gli effetti(volume e resistenza)?????
