    Proteine della carne "Carnivor"

    ho visto che in u.s.a. stanno riscuotendo un certo successo le "beef protein isolate",come le giudicate se paragonate alle whey protein isolate?
    potrebbero essere una buona alternativa,considerato il fatto che appunto da anni e anni molti di noi usano quasi esclusivamente proteine derivate dal latte

      Preferisco 1 bistecca alla fiorentina o 1 kg di roastbeef al giorno ^^
      anche se tuttora uso 80 100 g di prot al latte al giorno ... se potessi permettermi 1 bistecca alla fiorentina al giorno da 1 kg lo farei ... W la CARNE

                              bravo sergio mi riferivo specialmente alle carnivor
                              i gusti sono alla frutta, per sentito dire niente male.......

                              comunque d'accordissimo che potendo una bella fiorentina sia la cosa migliore......certo che non posso presentarmi al lavoro o in palestra con una bistecca in mano
