Scusa, non pensavo al fatto che tutti e due vanno presi pre nanna.
Io sono più per lo ZMA e non per le proteine lente pre-nanna, ma è solo un parere...
Poi devi vedere come vai meglio tu, tempi di digestione personali, etc...
Se vuoi prenderli entrambi assumi lo ZMA 30-40 min prima delle proteine, così dovresti aver digerito la cena e non creare "interferenze" fra i 2 integratori.....
...a già la confusione muscolare potrei far cosi quando faccio gambe mi dirigo al rack poi a 30 cm svio e vado alla lat machine cosi non capiscono più un c.... e crescono!!!!!!!!!!
