ricapitolando: ne prendo 50/60gr dopo l'allenamento, ma nei giorni di riposo che faccio? ne prendo sempre uguale, ne prendo di meno o non la prendo proprio?
pls rispondete seriamente, mi fido ciecamente
io consiglierei nei giorni di non allenamento dividere la dose in piu parti.. che so.. 20 gg l'uno oppure prenderne meno... ma questo è imho.. quindi chiedi conferma a sergio ;-)
