non credi che siano pochi 9 gr. per andare in ipoglicemia?
per la glutammina la sera, ho provato a prenderla, ma rimango a guardare il soffitto per gran parte della notte.
Sono pochi per andare in ipoglicemia ma ancora meno per avere un effetto veicolante, quindi evità prima dell'allenamento di prendere zuccheri mentre dopo va bene.
