Ciao a tutti. ma la glutamina, cosi come i BCAA, vanno assunti solo nei giorni in cui ci si allena?
Tra l'altro...la glutamina va bene subito dopo allenamento e poi prima di andare a letto?
dipende da come la usi, se fai psot w.o. è ovvio solo quando ti alleni, se fai pre-nanna sempre.
fa bene per cui nn farti scrupoli su tempi max di utilizzo, anche tutti ipre-nanna + qualcosina è ottima.
