non so vi in come fate voi ad allenarvi in cheto, io sinceramente preferisco la low carb, anche se poi me ne sbatto delle calorie tanto faccio circa 6 7 ore di bici
alla stettimana, e sinceramente da quando pedalo mi sto asciugando senza perdere massa.
Vitargo lo uso prima e dopo la attivita aerobica per non depauperare le scorte di glicogeno muscolare, e quindi mantenere sempre un buon volume muscolare!
troppo sbattone usare i carbo ... la keto la adoro ormai, senza per forza doverla fare ipocalorica x sgrassarmi, lmi ci trovo benissimo anche coem normocalorica di tutti i gg (nn tanto x massa )
