Un dubbio...Dato che in fase di definizione sarebbe meglio eliminare il latte anche se scremato ( uso il latte di soja ), invege delle whey sarebbe meglio assumere le proteine in polvere dell'uovo?

Non ne vedo il motivo , le Whey dovrebbero essere ancora più digeribili , salvo intolleranze personali e particolari al prodotto. Chiaramente poi le combinazioni che puoi fare sono mille e tutte molto soggettive per cui non credo ci siano particolari regole sul tipo do proteina da usare.
