Finora ho sempre assunto i ramificati,4g prima e 4g dopo l'allenamento(peso 75kg),ma volevo cambiar prodotto.Che ne dite?

ma scusa in massa fai pre e post w.o. solo con bcaa?
se vuoi usarli ok, anche ai pasti aiutano la sintesi proteica, però prendi carbo e pro ...
cmq in questo caso meglio bcaa appunto ... ma anche materiale prlastico vero e proprio
