    Ciao a tutti,volevo un parere sul pasto prenanna,avevo pensato di prendere 300 ml di latte parzialmente scremato con 20 grammi di proteine,cosa ne pensate?facendo il calcolo in totale dovrei arrivare a quasi 30 grammi di proteine tra latte e proteine caseinate.grazie in anticipo e buonacrescita a tutti.

    Mah, 300ml di latte come prenanna non sono indicatissimi.
    Poi non so che dieta segui, come ti alleni e che obiettivi hai.....

    Pero' il latte contiene molti carbo ( circa 25gr di zuccheri).

    Io userei semplicemente delle proteine a rilascio graduale con acqua.

        io per il pre-nanna lascerei solo i 30 g di proteine e ci agiungerei della frutta secca o dell'olio, per rallentarne la digestione . leva il latte imo

                100ml di latte ne contengono 5gr......
