E' molto utile in caso di allenamento intenso, come fattore preventivo per tumori, infezioni e mali invernali; inoltre aiuta le difese immunitarie, la produzione ormonale ed è antiossidante. Ti consiglio di prendere ephynal 100 al giorno nei periodi di allenamento intenso; il giorno di allenamento prendine 2, ma... non allenarti più di 2 volte a settimana, altrimenti non ci sarà vitamina o ribosio che tenga!
