Mi servono integratori di queste 2 vitamine. Uno della Gensan ha ben 180 mg di vitamina C, per qui, raddoppiando le dosi raggiungo i 360 mg e sono a posto.
Però non saprei cosa fare per la E... mi servirebbero circa 200 UI, ma non so dove trovarle...
Sono ateo. L'unico ruolo che riconosco alla chiesa è quello di segnare le ore suonando le campane. Però prego per gli altri.
