Prendo crea, BCAA e pro nei giorni di allenamento, nei giorni di corsa cosa dovrei prendere? Lo scopo è quello di perdere un po di grasso, non voglio fare definizione per non perdere troppo volume. Farò definizione verso fine giugno.
