vedendo i valori nitrizionali decisamente un gainer equilibrato...all'incirca proteine e carboidrati in rapporto 1:2...ottime le aggiunte di glutammina arginina e creatina...il boro potevano decisamente risparmiarselo...poi ci sono solo maltodestrine.... certo per poter giudicare meglio si dovrebbero avere delle info sulla loro d.e.... cmq sempre meglio dei vecchi gainer zeppi di destrosio...in conclusione fermo restando che i gainer uno se li puo fare benissimo da solo mi pare un buon prodotto
mah! non mi sembra niente di particolare.. è un gainer al 34% di proteine che, come tutti i prodotti americani, non sai nemmeno in che percentuale sono. Oddio... fubbiniiii sono!!! Inoltre il resto.. è un classico: maltodestrine e fruttosio. Niente d'innovativo..dalla Eas ci si aspetta di più, no?
Comunque per non andare Off Topic, il prodotto in questione è stato da me provato e devo dire che mi sono trovato bene sia come gusto che come efficacia, lo usavo come post work-out per comodità seguendo le dosi indicate. Mi sento di consigliarlo
