In genere un pò di cromo va sempre bene, specie se si segue una dieta ricca di carbo che ne causano deplezione.
Io l'ho usato su piano stabile un pò di tempo fa, ed effettivamente riuscivo a gestire meglio i carboidrati.
Come al solito, però, lo vedo ancora più utile in una fase ipercalorica.
