Volevo chiedervi una cosa, probabilmente è na stupidata, ma si puo' fare proteine in polvere (in genere 80/20, magari finite queste penso passo alle TMP x la mattina) + crea (3g di micronizzata nel periodo di carico) col latte caldo (scremato) e cereali a colazione?

Coi cereali sicuramente sì (io lo faccio da anni),sullatte caldo qualcuno ha da ridire perchè si deteriorerebbero le pro.

ne prendo 3g la matitna e 3g dopo il wo nei gg in cui mi alleno, ma mi sà ke ora calo ancora le dosi assumendone solo 3g dopo il wo, senza far + fasi di carico ecc.
