(la prendo a periodi), quali reputate siano davvero utili? mangio molta frutta e verdura e ho uno stile di vita abbastanza sano, assumevo anche caffeina pre wo ma ho dovuto sospenderla perche ho un leggero reflusso gastocefaeo e quindi devo staccare gli stimolanti per un po
