Io ho usato una volta quella della twinlab ke su 400mg di corteccia contiene da quanto compare sul barattolo 8 mg di alcaloide yohibina. Il calcolo dello 0,2 mg x kg di peso corporeo lo calcolai cosi: 0,2x90 kg =18 mg (in pratica 2-3 capsule) poi magari ho fatto un calcolo del *****...
