Come la penso io visto che le proteine è roba da mangiare, prendere quelle certificate è sempre meglio.
Poi se si parla che la certificazione magari è una bufala come per tante altre cose allora è un altro discorso.
Esempio pratico, se devo acquistare olio d'oliva nel supermerato o dal contadino che so che è roba sua e non ci mischia nulla di altro, preferisco spendere di più ma mangiarmi una cosa genuina e magari di cui so la provenienza.

Aggiungo però che anche il contadino ti può dire che non ci butta niente sulle olive ma alla fine rimani sempre col dubbio
Guardando un po i prezzi, ho notato che la pharmapure costa meno della metà della 4+...cosa strana, dato che sembrano entrambe buone marche per quanto sentito dire nella discussione. Essendo ignorante in materia , cosa comporta questo abisso di prezzi ?

Cerchiamo di stare bassi con i prezzi, è tutto quello che si può fare mantenendo ugualmente la qualità ad un buon livello, abbiamo ridotto il margine all'osso, più in basso è impossibile andare
