Nelle capsule non c`è niente altro che oli contenenti per l`appunto grassi omega.I grassi omega devono essere presenti nell`alimentazioni di tutti ,sportivi e non, culturisti e non.Quindi gli omega vanno assunti ai pasti proprio perche` ogni pasto o spuntino deve essere bilanciato di carboidrati/proteine e grassi.Quindi sia nela pasto pre-work che nel pasto post-work puoi benessimo introdurre le capsule EFA.Tra l`altro questi grassi sono proprio un aiuto ergogeno e inoltre un potente anticatabolizzante.Nei pasti dove non usi le capsule EFA ricavati questi grassi dai cibi che li contengono.
