io la prendo cosi...mattina 3 gr con succo di frutta e dopo l'allenamento 3 gr sempre con succo di frutta......tutti i giorni e quando non ti alleni mattina e appena prima di cena....ciclizzala fai 1 mese e 1 mese di stop e cosi via...quando organizzi qualcosa dei tuoi party fammelo sapere
