Salve a tutti! Ho una curiosità...ho sentito che i BCAA 2:1:1 sono più adatti al pre e during wo, perchè sono più "focalizzati" sul fornire energia che sul recupero muscolare, mentre dei BCAA 4:1:1 sono più adatti al during e post wo, per il motivo opposto rispetto a quelli 2:1:1. (giusto?).
Se io dovessi prendere BCAA pre e post wo, quali mi consigliereste?
