Ciao a tutti, siccome lavoro a turni avrei bisogno di un gainer bilanciato da usare come spuntino perché avendo poco tempo non riesco sempre a fare un buon spuntino. Quale mi consigliate? Per ora ho visto solo il mass formula della +watt
Senza nulla togliere ai gainer che hanno il loro contesto, non sarebbe più utile fare ad esempio uno shaker di avena (o un frutto direttamente) + proteine in polvere? Magari ci aggiungi qualche noce.
Se non hai / usi le pro in polvere allora il gainer può avere senso.
