volevo chiedere a cosa può essere abbinata la creatina se assunta pre-wo? Perché i carbo ad alto IG sono sconsigliati prima dell'allenamento
E in caso non ci sono le banane?
Tipo destrosio, maltodestrine, sono consigliabili? O pre-wo solo acqua+creatina e poi post-wo carbo ad alto IG+creatina?
il glucosio lo usavo al limite postworkout,mai preworkout. Ho sempre cercato di accoppiare la crea con della frutta,se non c'era la banana optavo per una mela ma se non ti va di mangiare la frutta bevila associando un tampone.
