Se non hai problemi con un po' di lattosio nettamente superiori le ON, nota come le proteine della carne siano composte da oltre il 21% di glicina, che è l'aminoacido maggiormente presente nel collagene, proteina dal valore biologico bassissimo.
Scegli una whey di qualità o se hai gravi problemi col lattosio, una dell'uovo piuttosto.
