Esattamente non lo so, ma posso dirti che quando usavo le idrolizzate della ON alla vaniglia la schiuma era abbondante e usando quelle al cacao sempre idrolizzate ON la schiuma era quasi nulla. Forse dipende dagli aromi che usano.
se tu provi a mettere solo il latte dentro allo shaker e lo agiti si crea lo stesso la schiuma.
è dovuta dalla miscelaziobe tra il liquido e l'aria.
