        Concludendo nei soggetti sani non esistono effetti collaterali importanti con le dosi umane assunte (max 10 gr ma in casi selezionati ...) e non esistono pericoli di tossicità se la qualità della creatina è certificata e seria.... qunado parlo di certificati parlo di analisi fatti in laboratori accreditati non certificati con timbri da LunaPark ....
