    Sono una persona abbastanza calma e non litigo. Stavo solamente esponendo i fatti.

    Comunque per quanto riguarda il postare le analisi della nostra creatina non ho alcun problema. Sono 4 fogli.

                    Sicuramente tante volte si prendono integratori superando le dosi necessarie.
                    E sicuramente poche volte ci fermiamo a sommare tutte le componenti dei vari integratori/alimentazione per capire quanta robba effettivamente mandiamo giù.

                    Quindi, se parliamo di non esagerare con creatina (o qualsiasi integratore) e parliamo che sovraddosaggi, quando non sono dannosi, sono comunque superflui, concordo.

                    Però quando leggo un articolo che contiene delle cose che sono palesi *******t.e, io mi trovo in difficoltà ad accettare l'intero articolo.
                    Anche se poi dice ANCHE cose vere.

                    Il punto in cui dice "...ha pochi effetti sulle performance atletiche..." è una stronzata evidente a chiunque abbia mai usato la creatina.

                    Se c'è un integratore su cui metterei la mano sul fuoco sul fatto che fa veramente qualcosa e non è solo un effettoplacebo è proprio la creatina.
                    E non è solo il volume dei muscoli.
                    I recuperi, i carichi supportati, insomma, tuttala "densità" dell'allenamento è migliorata dall'uso della creatina.

                    Insomma,
                    se si usa la testa nei dosaggi e periodi d'uso, e si usano sostanze non notoriamente dannose, secondo me si può stare tranuiqlli.
