Sono un podista di medio livello,mi alleno circa 6 volte alla settimana e oltre all'utilizzo di vari integratori come bcaa e glutammina per recupero,volevo sapere se posso aggiungere 3gr di carnitina al giorno ( 1,5 gr 30' prima della colazione e 1,5 gr 1ora prima dell'allenamento ) e beta alanina 2gr al giorno ( 2gr. prima dell'allenamento e i giorni di riposo 1gr. ).
