Salve, giovedì ho iniziato a prendere il serious mass (2 misurini al giorno) per ingrassare un po visto che sono sottopeso. Giovedì ero 54.5 Kg e stamattina 55 (mi sono pesato la mattina prima di fare colazione ecc..). Penso che sta funzionando; il problema è che stanotte ho avuto la diarrea ..oggi no ne ho preso proprio..che mi consigliate di fare?
