il vitamins(che a me sinceramente nn piace per nulla)farei 2 caps,anche se ha parecchio ferro
Io mi sono trovato bene con il ginko biloba... tralasciando questo, potrebbe essere un problema il "troppo ferro" che contiene il vitamins? Come devo assumere questo multi, 1 capsula a pranzo e una a cena?
