ipercalorica o normocalorica dipendono dal totale di calorie durante la giornata, fai riferimento quindi al tuo bilancio giornaliero, cmq se devi ridurre i carbo li ridurrei agli altri pasti, il pasto subito dopo il WO è quello +importante e serve a recuperare le scorte di glicogeno perse durante il WO. Se vuoi un parere personale a limite , io lascerei le malto a 45gr e toglierei il destrosio. Se vuoi potresti provare anche il vitargo come alternativa, io lo preferisco
