e' un periodo che mi sento un po' giu' e poco motivato...
considerando che sto in massa...quale MISCELA di integratori fareste x aquisire data la situazione + forza,concentrazione tutto a beneficio dell'allenamento x la massa??
.....sto pensando...che oltre a creatina ecc ecc...vorrei conoscere meglio i benefici delle erbe(non quelle che si fumano )ma quelle in erboristeria....penso che siano i migliori integratori da quello che ho sentito...ma non li ho mai provati,sicuramente xche' conosco poco i loro benefici....voi che dite?
