Vale la pena?? qual'è la migliore?
E' meglio prenderla qualche ora prima dell'allenamento.
E' efficace se fai allenamento aerobico e se non ti aspetti miracoli.
sono tutte pressochè identiche, forse è migliore quella in forma Acetyl L-Carnitina.
