Salve a tutti, mi chiedevo se esiste un periodo ottimale per per assumere creatina o se conviene fare un ciclo anche dopo poco che ci si allena, ho provato a cercare qua e la, e ho visto che qualcuno dice che assumerla subito blocca lo sviluppo del muscolo facendolo solo gonfiare d'acqua, voi che dite....
