stavo cerando dei BCAA da assumere during workout, circa 6g. Fin'ora ho sempre usato i modern e gli extend.
L'amino 1 mi sembra ottimo da assumere during, solo che sono solo 3g di BCAA e il serving è uno solo.
Pensate ci siano problemi ad assumere 2 serving, circa 30g di prodotto (6g di BCAA quindi) during?
sisi, lo so Attualmente uso gli extend con aggiunta di polase e vitamina C.
Con gli amino 1 avrei già tutto dentro, magnesio, potassio e vita C con il plus dei prodotti extra aggiunti
