ciao ragazzi, vado subito al dunque. mi alleno 3 volte a settimana nelle MMA e 2 volte corsa e sala pesi. il problema é che nonostante l'alimentazione non riesco a prendere peso. attualmente integro solo con bcaa e maltodestrine e vorrei aggiungere creatina e whey o mass gainer. voi cosa mi consigliate? ringrazio tutti anticipatamente

Le whet o il Gainer..sono cibo,quindi in base alla tua dieta..puoi capire se possono servire o no.
