ragazzi una domanda forse stupida, posso prendere 2 tipi di proteina al giorno? mi spiego meglio.la mattina mi sveglio e prendo le veloci dato che il corpo, appena sveglio risulterebbe come appena uscito da una fase di catabolismo e ha fame. poi riprendo le veloci in pomeriggio dopo l allenamento... ma durante la giornata come spuntino posso prendere le lente? che ne pensate? metterei troppe kalorie?
