Sto per iniziare nuovamente un ciclo di creatine e nel prework pensavo di usare l'epic dedicated di cui ho sentito parlare molto bene. Temo però non mi dia troppo focus mentale, pensavo quindi di aggiungere qualcosa per migliorare questo aspetto. Che ne dite di un po' di l-tirosina (della now food)? Altrimenti quali altri prodotti potrei aggiungervi che diano focus mentale? (oltre a questi poi ci metto pure i bcaa della isatori pre e during )
