Salve ragazzi pratico bodybuilding da 2 anni, volevo chiedervi una cosa io assumo 25gr di creatina al giorno divisi in vari momenti della giornata il mio problema è che io di pomeriggio lavoro volevo sapere se quella parte di creatina che devo prendere il pomeriggio potevo portarmela dietro mettendola in una bottiglia piccola di acqua mettendoci dentro del succo di frutta o l'acqua.
