ciao a tutti, premetto che non ho mai usato un integratore in vita mia, ma vorrei asciugare un po' il mio fisico bruciando grassi e non massa magra.Adesso che è estate vado in palestra e poi a correre ogni giorno ma non vedo risultati significativi.Peso 84 kg e sono alto 186 cm e la mia dietolaga ha detto che il peso va bene solo che dovrei perdere della massa grassa. Quale sarebbe l'integratore preferibile? Grazie
