salve, dopo non essere stato considerato in un precedente post ci riprovo con un altro quesito. Nei giorni OFF in cui ho una sessione cardio( routines+30' corsa) la mattina alle 9, non so se posso andare tranquillamente a stomaco vuoto prendendo solo Cellmass, oxyelite e BCAA oppure se è necessario dover integrare anche una fonte di proteine-carbo essendo una sessione ad alta intensità.
