mi spiegate il principio di funzionamento di tali prodotti? vedo che molticontengono questo famoso fagiolo bianco. come dovrebbero funzionare? debilitano l'enzima atto ad assimilare i carbo? c'è uno studio dietro o sono solo supposizioni? qualcuno li ha provati? da quello che ho capito bloccano circa un 30% totle di carbo che si assume è vero?
