Volevo un consiglio: assumo bcaa sia prima che dopo il WO, subito dopo il WO li abbino alle whey in polvere secondo voi serve abbinarli o basta prendere solo uno o solo l'altro?
ovvio ognuno ha il diritto di pensarla come vuole ma secondo me l'accoppiata whey-bcaa non è del tutto superflua,ho letto diete preparate da gente competente in materia che consigliava addirittura una mini porzione di bcaa da consumare prima dei pasti principali per favorire la sintesi proteica
