Se io faccio palestra dalle 16 alle 17:15 circa.. e poi mi faccio un beverone alle 18 con 3 gr di creatina monoidrato + 2 gr di L Glutammina + 20 gr di WHEY in 700 ml di acqua.. ottengo qualcosa.. oppure devo per forza berlo appena cambiato? Grazie!
